Hi
I am trying to create a query to show all devices that have an instance of a specific printer installed, I thought I had cracked it but the query I have written doesn't show all the printers in the Printers > Printer > Name list of scanned values, I know that there are PC's that have the printer installed, I'm just not sure why I'm not seeing this information in the Inventory.
Is there something else I should be doing? Is there anything in Agent Configuration that should be set? Does LANDesk only pull info on default printers?
Any help greatly appreciated!
