We are having an imaging issue where the MAC address in LANDesk is our wireless adapter and when imaging we need to replace it with the NIC MAC Address for NAME resolution etc. What we are trying to do is grab (from landesk) the MAC address of the NIC. However, I don't belive this is stored in landesk, that only the current bound adapter is.
In the table NetworkAdapter Table there it lists all the adapters, but the MAC field is always NULL. Can this be changed to capture them?
Is there any other way to set a custom variable to capture this address or another entirely new way to appraoch this imaging problem.
