I have a fresh install of LDMS 9.0 on Windows Server 2008 R2. As soon as install was complete. Made a change to ldappl3.template. Ran Coredbutil.exe. Clicked on Publish App List. Ldappl3.paz, .pat, .lzd, and ini did not update.
