i have a small problem...
i have about 60 computers (total 750), that having problem with Inventory Scan... This computers are have clean installation Windows 7 or Windows XP (NEW PC).
when i install Landesk Agent, then dont seeUsername, vga, motherboard, OS, CPU etc. I see onlyComputer Name, IP Address, MAC Adress
see attachment Last two PC on this picture are ok. First SIX PC are have problem. No information...
i get backup on the server C:\Program Files\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\ldscan only files. Then i delete all files in the C:\Program Files\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\ldscan
restart services LANDesk Inventory Server ...
and problem still stakes....
any ideas ?
